Participants

European professional Go players (professional status and passport of EGF member are necessary).

Tournament venue and dates

Tournament will be held in “Azimut hotel Saint Petersburg”, February, 8 - 10, 2017. February, 7^th is the day of arrival.

Accommodation and meals

Organizing committee provides you with rooms and three meals a day (buffet) in Azimut hotel.

Tournament rules

System of the tournament depends on the number of participants. General rules: not more than two rounds a day, main thinking time 90 minutes, canadian style byo-yomi 10 minutes per 20 moves.

Male players are requested to wear jackets and ties.

Female players are required to wear formal clothing during the tournament. (Casual dress such as jeans and sneakers is not allowed).

Prizes

Total prize fund — at least 4000 EUR.

Last place prize — at least 400 EUR.

The prize-winners (1^st- 3^rd places) will be awarded with cups and medals. All participants will get memorable presents.
